Xiaomi Global Vice President Manu Kumar Jain shared on Twitter that the Mi 11 Series will launch in India on 23 April. Earlier, the Mi 11 Ultra was the only phone to be launched in India on 23 April, but it seems that many Mi 11 series phones will be launched with it. The Mi 11 series debuted in China in December last year with the Vanilla Mi 11, making its global debut on 8 February. Last month, the Mi 11 Ultra and two Mi 11 series phones were launched in China.
Jain tweeted about some features of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC with a teaser of the Mi 11 series, and said that “Not 1, but many Mi phones” will be launched in India with SoC. It also states that the Mi 11 Ultra, which was expected to be launched earlier, will launch in India on 23 April.
There are five phones in the Mi 11 series, including the Mi 11, Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Ultra, and Mi 11 i powered by Snapdragon 888 SoC. So far, it is unclear which of these four phones will be launched in India, or will all five models be available, including the Mi 11 Lite. The Mi 11 Lite is the only phone in the series to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G SoC. This is a cheap Mi 11 series phone.
