The launch of Realme Narzo 30 4G And Narzo 5G in India is still going on and is going to happen “very soon”, Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme India and Europe, said in a video session. The new Realme phones of the Narzo series are expected to feature 4G and 5G variants. The company launched Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G and Realme Narzo 30 A as its two flagship phones in February in the Narzo 30 series. However, Realme did not regularly carry Narzo 30 phones, which were initially thought to come with the other two models.

In the latest episode of its “AskMadhav” on YouTube, Realme India and Europe CEO Madhav Sheth stated that Realme had initially planned the Narzo 30 4G version and completed the final stages of testing and development. The company further decided not only to bring not the 4G version but also its 5G counterpart.

“Seeing the increasing demand for 5G smartphones in the country and to be as the leader in 5G smartphones, we decided to work on another version of 5G. So, now Realme Narzo 30 4G and Narzo 30 5G will introduce very soon, Sheth said.

The official details about Realme Narzo 30 have not been released yet.

Sheth also noted that the recently launched Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G and Realme Narzo 30A will receive Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11 with early access in the third quarter of 2021. These devices are presently running on Android 10 with Realme UI.

Sheth said he plans to launch Realme Smart Scale in India this month, as well as expansion and updates planned for the Narzo 30 series. Realme Smart Scale was launched in China last year at a price of CNY 129 (about Rs 1,400).

Sheth also announced that the Realme SLED 55-inch Smart TV will receive an Android 10 update in the third quarter. He also mentioned that the company is “reviewing” the introduction of Realme GT in the country.

Realme is busy preparing for the global launch of its Realme 8 series either. Sheth said that the new series will run on Realme UI 2.0. A Realme 8 Special Edition option was also teased by him with a yellow color option that can glow in the dark.
