The company hopes to release Realme GT Neo during the launch of Realme GT 5G. The smartphone was mentioned at the end of the event, and the scope is expected to come with slightly less toned-down specs than GT 5G.
Specifications for Realme GT Neo have not yet been released, but the company is modifying the chipset, which will power the device. Realme GT Neo will work on Media Tek Dimensity 1200 SoC Processor.
Realme GT Neo specification (EXPECTED)
The teaser trailer for the Realme GT Neo features the MediaTek Dimensity 1200. The flagship chipset was released in January, and Realme was named one of the first companies to use it in upcoming phones. Realme x9 Pro is expected to be one of the first phones with MediaTek Dimensity 1200.
The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 has eight processing cores, and an ARM Cortex-A78 Ultra Core up to 3GHz. The chipset also has an ARM Mali-G77 MC9 GPU and supports up to 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It can display up to 2,520x, 1080 pixel resolution and operate a device with an update rate of 168Hz. In addition, the Dimensity 1200 has 5G support. Unlike the Realme GT Neo, the Realme GT had Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. This phone has 12GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage.
