OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9 phones are set to launch worldwide on 23 March. Both phones are now found on two Chinese certification sites – 3C (CCC) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). These smartphones are expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, and OnePlus has confirmed an alliance with the Swedish brand Hassleblad for the cameras at this time. Quad cameras have also been confirmed on the back of the OnePlus 9 Pro.
The upcoming OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9 are listed on two Chinese certification sites with model numbers LE2120 and LE2110 respectively. Previous leaks have revealed that the OnePlus 9 is available with model numbers LE2110, LE2117 and LE2119, while the OnePlus 9 Pro runs with model numbers LE2120 and LE2127. Both 3C and MIIT do not provide much detail, but suggest that OnePlus 9 series may support 5G connectivity, dual-mode SA / NSA network support, and dual-SIM / dual standby support.
The 3C list states that the OnePlus 9 Series phones can support 65W fast charging and include a bundled adapter inside the box. The first to see these certifications was Gizmochina.
OnePlus 9 Pro And OnePlus 9 Specification
The OnePlus 9 Series is expected to include the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro. The line-up is expected to include the OnePlus 9R model. The flagship phone is expected to come with Snapdragon 888 chipset, 12GB RAM, 256GB internal storage and 65W charging support. The Pro model is only expected to come with Hasselblad branded cameras. Meanwhile, OnePlus 9R has Snapdragon 690 chipset, FHD + 90Hz display and 48MP main camera.
With the OnePlus 9 Series, it is expected to release the much-awaited smartwatch under the name OnePlus Watch. Both phones and smartwatches are expected to hit the markets soon including India.
